Emphasis in Biometry (Applied Statistics)

As defined by R.A. Fisher “Biometry, the active pursuit of biological knowledge by quantitative methods” is the application of statistical and quantitative methods to problems in agriculture and life sciences.

The program has an interdisciplinary emphasis, combining formal coursework in statistics and agriculture with applied problem solving projects and cooperative education bridging the two areas.
